My iPhone is 15 pro max. When I try to turn off my iPhone, there is no message showing up that says this iPhone is findable after power off. Although I did every setting. Please help me.

The iPhone uses Bluetooth to send out a very brief intermittent signal after the phone has been powered off.
So, you would want to make sure that Bluetooth is set to On when you tap Settings > Bluetooth.
You will not see "iPhone Findable after Power Off" if Bluetooth is Off.....because the phone cannot send out a signal.
You will see "iPhone Findable after Power Off" if Bluetooth is On.....because it can send out a signal when the phone is off.
Bluetooth also helps with location accuracy in conjunction with Wi-Fi and cellular. So, you would always want to make sure that Bluetooth is On.

If the Bluetooth setting is "grayed out" so you cannot move the slider from Off to On to activate the setting.....that is a different issue.

Tap [Your Name] near the top of the screen
Tap Find My
Tap Find My Phone On
Make sure that Find My iPhone is On
Make sure that Find My network is On
Make sure that Send Last Location is On
Report on your results.
Everything is turned on. So, you are saying I need to turn my Bluetooth on to get the message this iPhone is findable
