So I owe a total of 27.88$ and I tried to use my card which has more than enough money to pay it off but they keep telling me I have insufficient funds, when I try to add a new card it won’t let me saying I also have insufficient funds in that one which I do not. Whenever I try to pay it off with the money it declines!

I’m referring to like regular card like a credit/debt card sorry it put like an Apple Card for some reason.
Who is the merchant, Apple? If so, are you trying to purchase an App, subscription, music or what exactly? Are you at another merchant? Are you purchasing online or at the merchants location?
