I can not acces my Bluetooth settings because i have school restrictions on my iPad. and can not use my headphones. do you have anything help me resolve my issue here is a photo of my settings

If your iPad is "supervised" or centrally managed by an MDM platform - as is common with Educational establishments - you will need to seek assistance from the Administrator that manages your School devices.
Restrictive Policies applied by your school cannot be bypassed.
