How do I update my iPhone 6s to iOS 16.4 ?

1. iOS 16.4 is no longer available for any device. The current version of iOS 16 is 16.7.9.
2. An iPhone 6s is not compatible with any version of iOS 16 or later, and therefore cannot be updated to that.
3. iOS 15.8.3 released 2 days ago is the most current version an iPhone 6s can run.

You don't, because you can't. Your nearly 9 year old iPhone is too old and underpowered to run anything than the highest iOS 15 version which is 15.8.3. If you need a higher level iOS version, then you'll have to buy a newer, more modern iPhone.

iPhone 6s cannot run iOS 16, iOS 17, or iOS 18, so you will never see an update on your iPhone 6s for one of these iOS versions.

If you have not yet installed it, iOS 15.8.3 was released a few days ago.
