Apple will not see your question in these user-to-user forums. There is really not a forum section here that deals with Apple's business initiatives. The way ABM was explained to me is that, within a participating business, there is one point person for ABM who should always have current contact information. Are you that person?

Use the provided link from Carol B for accurate numbers. Do not search on Google. Scammers pay Google to show their own numbers on the top of your search results and claim to be from Apple.

Just to clarify ... You tried calling two different Apple Customer numbers and the calls did not go thru? Where are you located? Which numbers did you try? What do reseller numbers have to do with this? We want to help if we can.
