apple customer numbers showing failed

I have two apple customer numbers that are showing failed. however i have reseller numbers that are showing active. So my question is not sure where or who I talk to about the failed apple customer numbers.

Apple will not see your question in these user-to-user forums. There is really not a forum section here that deals with Apple's business initiatives. The way ABM was explained to me is that, within a participating business, there is one point person for ABM who should always have current contact information. Are you that person?

but I did not see any ABM questions when I checked a few minutes ago.

sorry, i realize i was not clear. this is in apple business manager > mdm server assignment > customer numbers.


In there i see apple customer numbers and reseller numbers(AT&T, Verizon, SHI, CDW, etc etc) my reseller numbers are good and say active. but apple customer numbers are showing failed.
