Greeting Card program for MacAirbook

I am on a MacBook Pro, OS version Big Sur 11.7.10 and I am looking for a program to allow me to generate greeting cards i.e. birthday cards, Christmas cards etc. For years I successfully used Print Shop, but it is no longer supported on my recently updated OS. The newer version of Print Shop has uniformly terrible reviews. Can anyone suggest such a program with a history of success? Thank you.
