You cannot. Ted Lasso is not purchasable. It requires an active AppleTV+ subscription.
You can send them a gift card with enough money to cover 1 month of Apple TV, which would be $9.99 and they can then use it to to watch Ted Lasso and anything else in the Apple TV+ service during that month.
