Help. I accidentally clicked on a scam website (it was supposed to be a quiz, but instead of scrolling down to the actual quiz part I accidentally clicked on a fake quiz button) and possibly even consented to the data use question. What to do now? It said the website could “Store and/or access information on a device.” Can they access my bank accounts?

While there are many ways to lose control of an iPhone or of an Apple ID or banking credentials, clicking on a scam quiz is not one. Spammed, scammed, advertising, spam, more spam, phishing, spam, junk, sketchy products, phishing, dodgy apps, and scams, sure. Did I mention spam and scams and phishing? That’s the path you’re on.
