How can I access the FaceTime reactions from the Control Panel on my iPhone?

Hi, I’m trying to set up FaceTime effects (balloons, confetti etc.) but when I go to control panel to look for effects to turn on ‘Reactions’ the only thing that shows is ‘Portrait’ and you can’t change it. You can turn it on and off but nothing else. I’ve tried loads of suggested things, but nothing works. Where am I going wrong please
