Move the water lock icon to second place not fifth
I want to hit the side button and see the water lock icon rather than have to scroll down to find it. Can i somehow move it up ?

Bring up the Control Center, scroll down to "Edit", tap on it and the icons will start to wiggle.
Then tap and hold the Water Lock icon and move it upwards, just like you would on your iPhone, rearranging your apps on a screen. The other icons will automatically be moved away to make space. Lift your finger when you reached the desired spot on the screen. Scroll down again and tap on "Done"
