two music folders within iTunes folder: one with .m4p and one with .m4a

Hood morning!

My iTunes folder is "My Music" in my "Documents" folder.

Within it I have two folders:

One folder, called "Apple Music", has about 86 albums, where all the songs are .m4p files.

The other folder, called "Music", has 161 albums where all the songs are .m4a files.

I am in the process of moving my iTunes to a new PC, and I need to know if I should move both of these folders, or just the .m4a one.

Thank you in advance for your help.

See Move your iTunes library to a new computer - Apple Community. Copy everything and it should all continue to work. The Apple Music folder contains Apple Music subscription content that you've downloaded to your computer. It will work if you move/copy the library in the way described. Those items cannot be imported to a fresh library, and will only play if your computer is authorized to your Apple ID, associated with it, and you have an active subscription.
