Trying to make Icloud photos sync onto a non-system internal drive.

I am unable to install iCloud for Windows on a non-system drive but would like my photos to sync to a second drive. To be clear, I am on a windows 11 computer with two internal drives, iCloud is only able to be installed on the system drive, but the system drive is getting bloated. I would like for my backed-up iCloud photos to be stored on my second drive, whether I have to get iCloud to install on the second drive or find a way to set a rule that will just move the photos after a sync, I don't really care. At the end of the day, I just want my photos stored on my non-system drive.
