Macbook Air M2 2015 Keyboard is not working sometimes

I am facing an issue with my macbook, some keys are not working such as letter 'e', '#', '3', 'r'. If I press these keys, the keyboard is behaving weird sometimes. I did update to sonoma 14.6 but it didn't solve the issue. Contacted customer care and was told to do safe mode and reinstall the OS, unfortunately even that didn't worked.

Can someone help me with this issue.

There is no such MacBook Air model. The M2 MacBook Air was introduced by Apple in June 2022.

If you really have a 2015 model, you have what Apple considers a vintage product. Perhaps this should be your next step, assuming you’re not quite ready to replace it.
