Is there any way to restore my old Calendar in my iPhone?

I own an iPhone SE 2020 and recently my storage was almost full. When I unlocked my phone, it kept crashing and wouldn’t start. I deleted apps and pictures/videos and it all seemed to free up some storage. Now I see that my whole calendar got cleared automatically by my phone. I do not have it backed up in iCloud, but I have turned that on now. Is there any way to restore my old calendar? Very annoying and unreliable…

Okay, you didn't back up your device and you let it get so full it wouldn't run. That is not Apple's fault, and it doesn't mean your phone is unreliable.

That said, your calendar data should be in whatever account you have your calendar connected to. Go to Settings>Calendar>Accounts and add the account your calendar is connected to. For example, I use Google Calendar and my work calendar.
