Video airplay not working, audio is, from iPad to Apple tv
Video not working from iPad to Apple TV, audio is working, both on same network, tried restarting Apple TV and modem.

What are you trying to stream? Some services may block AirPlay, or may not make any provisions to make their content AirPlay compatible.
Can you AirPlay something else from iPad, even the Home Screen?
