You can't, the Apple Account is for purchases and you can see what can be purchased here:

When you redeem a Gift Card, the money is added to your Apple Account and since the Gift Card cannot be converted to cash, you cannot transfer the cash out of the Apple Account. Gift Card rules may be different depending on the region you live in, but in the US, that is not possible.
