Hi, I was wondering if I could transfer my files from my iphone 11 with a busted screen to a iphone 12 as the 11 was giving me many problems. Is there a way to do that at home or do I need to go to a store to do that? will they see all my data?

The old iPhone should be in good working condition to transferring all your data using quick transfer if not then you have to fix that iPhone or activate the new one as new iPhone without the data from the damage iPhone
If you have an iCloud backup from the now broken phone, you can restore that to the new phone.
