Why is my App Store saying cannot connect to the App Store?
Tried downloading an app but can’t connect to AppStore even after resetting

You can fix this a couple of ways
- Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi. If you are, turn on and off airplane mode.
2 if that doesn’t work, power off and on your phone.
3 you may have to just wait it out. Sometimes features on apple platforms may be experiencing a down period.
4 you can call apple support as a last resort.
