This concerns me:
2024-08-02 23:21:14 Kernel Panic
Details:
*** MCA Error Report ***
CPU Machine Check Architecture Error Dump (CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7
920HQ CPU @ 3.10GHz, CPUID: 0x906E9)\r
CATERR detected! No MCA data found.\r
That error class can indicate a processor fault. However, it has also been suspected as due to certain ultra-wide external monitors (this Arstechnica forum topic):

It is worth testing with any externals disconnected AFTER you do first something about that horribly crowded drive.
Also this will slow your computer:
2024-08-01 16:05:42 photoanalysisd High CPU Use (6 times)
First occurrence: 2024-08-01 16:07:52
Although I don't think this is a root cause of your current issue, it is easily fixable. See:
https://apple.stackexchange.com/questions/310594/what-is-photoanalysisd-and-why-is-it-using-77-of-my-cpu
The bottom line is that you need to free up a lot of space on the drive FIRST, because that could be masking real problems.
