Double labels on icons

All my icons, everything, have double labels how do I get back to only one label

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 17

You are probably using Voice Control. To disable the “Show Name” functionality, go to Settings > Accessibility > Voice Control > Overlay and choose None.
