My iMessage is not getting activated

What happens when you try? What error message are you getting?

If you can’t turn on or sign in to iMessage or FaceTime on your iPhone - Apple Support
Contact your cellphone carrier and request to unlock the SMS in you’d phone line because iMessage and FaceTime requires the sms unlock to activate the services

When happens when you tap on "Send & Receive"?
It bring activation unsuccessful but my number is showing but didn’t bring the gmail I add to it
My message not be activated
And when you tap on "Use your Apple ID for iMessages?"
Not be able to activate my iMessage
