Hi,

In order to use Apple Pay on your iPhone, firstly you will have to set up your card in Wallet:

Set up Apple Pay in Wallet on iPhone – Apple Support (UK)

Once this is set up, from the Lock Screen you will be able to double click the power button to access your card(s).
