Can I reinstall deleted apps from my old iPhone to the new iPhone?
If I get a new phone and transfer all my stuff over to it will it let me download previous apps i have deleted that i had on my old phone

Apps that you had owned may be downloaded - with one big caveat:
All apps, whether deleted from the previous iPhone or not, must still be available and supported in the App Store to be downloaded to your new iPhone.
