centering text over indented paragraphs

I have a series of newspaper articles (fictional) interspersed with general text with the usual 1" margins. The newspaper articles have a style of their own.

As you can see in the screen cap I've attached, the headline is centered to the page rather than to the column. Is there a way for me to fix this? Many thanks for any help you might be able to provide. All my software and operating systems are up to date.
