Sorry, there is no way from looking at an image or you providing us the power adapter's serial number can anyone here verify that it is an original Apple product or not. Serial numbers can be faked.
To know that you are getting an original product, you need to either purchase it directly from Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller.
