how to copy and paste fcpx effects between mac

I saved a FCPX color grade as a preset on my mac and it works perfectly but i want to move/copy the same preset to my other mac to use on my future videos on fcpx, can i do this if yes how ?

Effects presets are saved in a specific location

~/Library/Application Support/ProApps/Effects Presets

Just get the files and place them in the corresponding location on the other mac.
