Apple Watch health data not syncing with iPhone Health app

My iPhone was turned off for a month. My Apple Watch collected Health data for the entire month, but only the first 2 weeks has synced to the Health app on my phone. I've checked Privacy motion settings on both the watch and the phone; the latest software version is being used on both. Any suggestions on how to get it to sync? Thanks

iPhone 12, iOS 17

Try a forced restart of both devices. A forced restart is more than just turning the devices off and on. Please follow the instructions in the Apple Support articles I linked below.

Keep both devices near each other at night and connected to WiFi and Bluetooth should be enabled. Watch may need to be on a charger if battery is low. A lot of the syncing happens at night.
