Can anybody tell me what the "volume" section means in iTunes?

So I bought Laidback Luke - Rocking With the Best (feat. MC Goodgrip) on iTunes and it says in the file section that its volume is -5.5dB. But when I put the song in FL Studio, it reads up to 0dBFS.

Can anybody tell me what the "volume" section means? Is it measuring the LUFS or RMS?
