Apple Music defaulting to edited “clean” versions of songs for suggested music??

I saw this question posted a few times but it seems unresolved. Here’s to hoping we finally get an answer.

  • So let’s say I play an album or a playlist I have saved and I also have suggested music turned on. You know the infinity symbol ∞ to play similar music to what I was just listening to. For some reason it will only play clean or censored music afterwards even if what I was just listening to was explicit.

  • I saw a few answers to this. One being checking and making sure screen time restrictions are turned off and to make sure Dolby atmos is also turned off well both of those are off on my device and the issue is still present.

  • another thing I noticed as I was typing this up if I choose to

“show complete album”

it will automatically take me to the clean and censored version of the album even if I was playing songs from the explicit version of the album (pictures attached). This has become frustrating as a person who likes to have suggested music continue playing as I’m doing work and for it to be censored is annoying.
