Bought a apple gift card for $ 100. by the time I arrived home it was already redeemed . my question is how do I let apple know whoever redeemed my card is a thief, that's all the money not important but letting apple know who their dealing with is.

If you purchased the Gift Card from a rack displayed in the store, then the card you purchased was most likely tampered with at that location. I would also contact the retailer, as you should be able to purchase products in their store that have not been tampered with. There are methods they can use to secure the cards, just like they do with other products they sell to avoid theft, but that just clearly shows that they are not as concerned when money is stolen from their customers.
