When charging over night my phone does not charge any higher than 70 percent however if I unplug it and re plug it in when it’s at 70 it does charge to 100 percent but this isn’t ideal. Has anyone else had this issue and found a solution??

Change the setting at Settings > Battery > Charging Optimization.
