Belkin BoostCharge Pro Magnetic Charging Power Bank 10k wireless charge failed

So I've got this Belkin power bank, full name in Apple site: Belkin BoostCharge Pro Magnetic Charging Power Bank 10K + Cable, and my iPhone 15 Pro, with Apple official Magsafe silicon case. I bought this power bank from Apple Store in person and started using it right after I bought it.

Unfortunately it cannot wireless charge by magnetic anymore after 3 days. The magnetic itself is fine but just wont charge.

I've tried taken the case off from iPhone but still same.

It can charge through usb-C cable, battery was working.

I've got another wireless non-magnetic power bank and it worked fine to charge my iPhone so wireless charging on iPhone was working and was something wrong on the Belkin power bank.


I brought the Belkin power bank back to Apple and they exchanged another one for me. This one worked fine for 20+ days less than a month but ran into the same problem like the previous one.


I bought this power bank in Japan when I was traveling but I'm back in the UK. So it's not possible to travel all the way to Japan to exchange for another one or not so likely to have a refund I guess. Would love to see any solutions / suggestions on this.
