Request refund for movie purchase on youtube (ios app)

I bought the wrong season of a show on youtube through the ios app on my iphone. Tried to refund it as that's pretty standard a function when buying things on youtube if it meets the criteria.


However when I enter into the purchase history it's on apple as it was bought through the ios app and I can't find a means to refund it. When I run the standard refund system it doesn't come up as applicable and all support workflows take me back to that same page with no ability to contact someone.


Does anyone know how to file for a refund?

iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 17

Apple is extremely strict on refund. Some people got their kids spend $6k on in-app purchases and were denied refund. They consider every digital purchase as 'final' and if they refund you they consider it extra (EU is exception as they have 14-day digital refund law). They don't have as much goodwill as say Amazon when it comes to refund. Idk about your case but you very probably can't get your money back.
