How do I turn on MMS in my iPhone to send text messages with pictures or videos?

My mms is turned off and I cannot send text messages with pictures or videos without it turned on I need to know how to turn it on

Go to Settings > Messages > MMS Messaging, and turn it on.

If you do not see MMS in Settings>Messages, contact your carrier. They may need to add it to your account.
