BUG - Scene Removal Mask and video effects presets

I have a Compound Clip with a bunch of effects applied, with the Scene Removal Mask effect on top in the effects stack. When I create a video effects preset with all the effects and apply them to another clip, I have to click on the "First Frame" setting in the Scene Removal Mask effect again for it to start working again. I'm using a 16" M1 Max MacBook Pro. I think I'm experiencing a bug and I'm interested if anyone else experiences the same thing? I have reported this to Apple here and I recommend anyone who is experiencing the same thing to report it here as well: Feedback - Final Cut Pro - Apple
