Different iCloud’s hacked

my wife’s phone and iCloud emails were hacked in 2021. She and I have purchased multiple iPhones and each one gets hacked. we’ve reset our phones and purchased new iPhones but the hacking continues even after getting new Apple ID and new phone numbers. How can I finally stop this cycle and keep our phones secure. It’s getting expensive.

It is not likely your phone has ever been hacked unless you have given someone your Passcode/Password and they had physical access to your device for an extended period of time. Accounts can be compromised easily if someone knows your password. It may have been the case that you had received a phishing email/message from someone claiming to be Apple, and you followed up by giving them your Apple ID Password. Review this support article:

It would be more helpful in finding a solution by describing what is happening that leads you to believe that your phone has been hacked.
