Was the Bootcamp deleted via the specific method mentioned in this link ?

Remove Windows from your Mac using Boot Camp

If Not , you are best to Start Over from scratch

Use Disk Utility to erase an Intel-based Mac

How to reinstall macOS

Excerpt from above

" You must use Boot Camp Assistant to remove Windows, or a partition that was created with Boot Camp Assistant, from your Intel-based Mac.

WARNING: Do not use any other utilities to remove Windows or a partition that was created with Boot Camp. "

Quote from @ Grant Bennet-Alder

1 - " WindowServer is the task that makes sure the right stuff is in every window, manages multiple windows in multiple positions on the screen, possibly overlapping or not, and generally manages all issues related to drawing the stuff on the screen. " end Quote

2 - The mds is the abbreviation of the metadata server. It is the process that the macOS Spotlight uses to track and record the data of documents, apps, and other files on your Mac for later searching. And mds_stores maintains and compiles the metadata collected by mds to speed up the search process of Spotlight.

3 - GK6+ seems to be >> https://epomaker.com/products/skyloong-gk6-plus external Wired Optical Hot Swappable Programmable Keyboard

Thank you, it has been established earlier that Bootcamp was used to remove the windows Partition

If you circle back to your original image.

The question you had was related to " WindowServer " and " mds_stores  "

For good measure we added the next process using 21.2% of the CPU processing power, namely "GK6+ "
