I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding an unrecognized charge on my account. Recently, I noticed a charge of 0.49€ from "APPLE.COM/BILL, ITUNES.COM, IE" on my bank statement. I received a text from my bank confirming this charge, which typically happens whenever I make a payment.
However, upon reviewing my purchase history under the "View charges or request a refund" section, I could not find this transaction listed. I am certain that I did not authorize this payment and would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.
Could you please help me identify the source of this charge and advise on how I can obtain a refund for this unauthorized payment?
