Netflix in screentime/parental control

I'm trying to add my kids netflix profile but I can't find an option to allow it in the parent control section. I see that its rated 12+ in the app store. So I did allow apps 12+ in the parental section on allowed store content but that still didn't bring it up in the parental area where I can always allow apps. This is an Ipad Air 5th general model number mme63ll/a. Can someone give me direct instructions on how to add this?

If its already been downloaded, then the age rating no longer applies. That setting only applies when attempting to download the app. Screen Time can limit or allow apps regardless of age rating.

If its already downloaded, but is not enabled, then check that the iPad is not in Downtime or that the app is added to the "Always Allowed" list in Screen Time settings.

If its visible on a Home Screen, then just open the app and add a profile inside as explained by Netflix.
