How to remove/edit Page Numbers in pages table of contacts?

Hello

!In terms of being able to remove/edit page numbers in the Pages table of contacts, does anyone know why all options in the Format> advanced menu are inactive? Thank you for any help you may provide. The text, with the numbers I wish to edit in my table, are all selected.

As you can see, the text selected is a subtitle explaining the chapter's content. It doesn't need the numbers, as they are the same as the ones for the chapter.

I certainly did something very stupid in the eyes of those in the know. I apologize in advance for that. Thank you
