Turned off personal requests on HomePod but she still tries to take over

I have turned off personal requests on my Home Pod because she constantly got my phone calls and messages wrong and I just want to use my iPhone. But she won't stop taking over and telling me I have to turn on personal requests. I still want her to perform other tasks like changing the thermometer and other things but not my phone calls.
