When you tap Plus+ button in Wallet app and screen loads, is there a category called >Transit Card<?

If transit cards aren’t currently available, you’ll need to wait until you’re in a country or region that supports Apple Wallet and Apple Pay.

I already choose learn more then a lot of details and nothing says about how to add. A lot says just press + then add but i dont get the transit card option.
if i click + no option to add either cancel or learn more. im trying to add suica travel for japan trip. thanks
