How do I report not receiving an order when I used Apple Pay?

I ordered on eBay and paid with ApplePay, but my order wasn’t received (it was delivered to somebody 3 time zones away). How do I reach Apple Pay to reject the charge?

Apple Pay just facilitates the transaction securely between the merchant and the bank of the payment method you used. Apple Pay is not a bank that you can dispute a charge with. I would first contact eBay, as any refund they issue will automatically be refunded to the card that was used. This is always the first step that needs to be done and you will also be directed to do that if you choose to dispute the charge through the bank of your payment method.
