Hi every so often when I turn on my phone my bars will disappear and be replaced with sos I can no longer call or receive messages I will restart my phone and It will continue to happen how do I turn it off or prevent this from happening?

SOS is displayed when your phone has lost its connection to your cellular carrier.
If your phone is not working at the present time, use another phone to contact your carrier and ask them to troubleshoot the connection from their network to your phone.
If your phone uses a SIM card, the carrier may need to send you a new SIM card.
