- Does anyone else have the Passcode to your device?
- Are you the Organizer of a Family Plan that allows members to make purchases?
- App Store purchases require you to double click the side button followed by verification using TouchID/FaceID or Passcode, so it is not something that is done by accident.
- What is the exact description of the charge and where do you see it?
