Is there a way to formally request new features in Accessibility Keyboard?

There are four that were in the now-defunct KeyStrokes 4.1 that would be immensely helpful and probably only take about six weeks, for an experienced coder: Custom dictionaries, Learning new words as they’re typed, Weighting recently used words, and Multi-word prediction.
