Hi, I don't know why my MacBook doesn't show the correct time and date when I choose to set them automatically, and the region is correct.

To resolve incorrect time and date settings on your MacBook, follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. Check date and time settings by opening System Settings and navigating to Date & Time.
2. Verify time zone by checking the Time Zone tab or manually selecting it.
3. Ensure internet connection is working by testing connectivity.
4. Restart System Services by restarting your MacBook and resetting NVRAM/PRAM.
5. Update macOS by checking for updates and verifying Apple Time Servers.
6. Check for third-party software conflicts by disabling or uninstalling any recently installed software.
7. Check system logs for errors related to time synchronization or date settings.
8. Reset System Preferences and create a new user account.

What time server do you use?
Any 3rd party virus apps (Avast, AVG, Bitdefender, Intego, MacAfee, Norton, ESET NOD32, Trusteer etc) and 3rd party "cleaning", "optimizing", "speed-up" apps (CleanMyMac, MacKeeper etc). They produce only obscure errors.

I could understand " correct time " being off " If one is using a Commercial VPN that is connecting to the VPN Servers in a different location
But, Date being off, not so much so.
Unless the VPN connection is , say located in N. America and you are physically located, say in South Asia or South East Asia

Did you actually read the question? The OP stated they had set the time manually and checked that the region is correct. Generic copy/paste from ChatGPT et al. is generally not very helpful, especially when you don't provide any instructions on how to do this laundry list of things.
AI / Chatbots
The Apple Support Community Forums are sometimes visited by AI / LMM / ChatBots.
AI / LLM are basically a Super Version of Predictive Text which is based upon a Data Set.
When that Data Set is based upon older data points, the outcome of the response will be equally out dated and / or unreliable
AI is also the newest form for Data Mining by Large Corporations.
Suggest being very careful about this.
Some suggestions can be incorrect, misinformed , incomplete, impossible to do, out right wrong and may supply outdated links that are no longer relevant to current conditions
