I could understand " correct time " being off " If one is using a Commercial VPN that is connecting to the VPN Servers in a different location

But, Date being off, not so much so.

Unless the VPN connection is , say located in N. America and you are physically located, say in South Asia or South East Asia

Did you actually read the question? The OP stated they had set the time manually and checked that the region is correct. Generic copy/paste from ChatGPT et al. is generally not very helpful, especially when you don't provide any instructions on how to do this laundry list of things.

AI / Chatbots

The Apple Support Community Forums are sometimes visited by AI / LMM / ChatBots.

AI / LLM are basically a Super Version of Predictive Text which is based upon a Data Set.

When that Data Set is based upon older data points, the outcome of the response will be equally out dated and / or unreliable

AI is also the newest form for Data Mining by Large Corporations.

Suggest being very careful about this.

Some suggestions can be incorrect, misinformed , incomplete, impossible to do, out right wrong and may supply outdated links that are no longer relevant to current conditions
