iPhone showing error; "Unavailable for 59 mins"

I have a iPhone 11. It’s brand new only a month old my daughter’s phone. However it died was lost recently found with no issues nothing with screen or anything but when we charged it is saying unavailable for 59 mins and even after the 59 mins is up still saying unavailable for 1 hr any suggestions on what it is

To resolve the "iPhone Unavailable" message, wait for the time limit to expire, try to enter the correct passcode, and use Recovery Mode if you can't remember it. Prepare your computer, connect your iPhone to your computer, enter Recovery Mode, restore the device, and set up the iPhone. If the issue persists, contact Apple Support for further assistance. This should allow you to regain access to your iPhone 11 or reset it to start fresh.
