Jabra Connect 4h USB-C headset not recognized at all on Sonoma 14.5, Macbook AIR 15 M2

Hello,

I have Jabra Connect 4h USB-C headset that works perfectly on Windows machine. When I plug into a USB-C port on Macbook Air 15 M2 nothing happens. It is not recognized at all. The macbook is running MacOS 14.5 .

I checked the System report but it shows nothing is connected to the port.

I tried to watch Console while plugging it in:

Do you please have any suggestions?
