When I try to message Apple Support, it looks really weird and won’t let me hit the send button. I restarted my phone, updated software. Nothing is working. I’ve never had this happen before. I don’t have any issues messaging anyone else.

We can't guess which of many possible reasons from the info. supplied.

✽ Sometimes just restarting your iPhone restores order when something is not working as expected:
(Eg: Deletes temporary files, re-establishes connections, may update recent setting changes, and more)
